well so much for a weeks holiday lol ,
i nipped in tuesday to check everything ok and what do you know it the freezers was turned off now i have to investigate why they where turned off and how much waste cost it all and everything, and i had made cakes for all week to make it easy wen back and i had to go in yesterday and do it all over again, and to top it off i now have our mats cold.
well could be worst i suppose i am counting down to my holidays now lol

well took kids crook hall yesterday for a lovely walk it a park and when walking back fell and twisted ankle grazed knee hurt arm but i managed to get up and walk back and as walking back it eased so i thought be ok woke up this morning arm bad and can hardley walk as very pain full well thats all i need when back at work tomorrow i am going to take it easy all day and hope for the best.

I went doctors adn they have given me the number for wrighitington btu they recieved a letter saying follow up in 12 months adn i said i do not bloody think so
